Full-contour zirconia combines strength and esthetics for monolithic zirconia crown restorations. Milled by our highly trained technicians on some of the most advanced CAD/CAM equipment in the industry, full-contour zirconia offers the highest flexural strength of any ceramic restoration but is still gentle enough to protect bruxers’ opposing dentition. Indicated for posterior crowns, bridges, inlays, and onlays. It is an aesthetic solution for bruxers and grinders when PFM metal occlusal/lingual or full-cast restorations are not desired or when a patient lacks the preparation space for a PFM or has broken a PFM in the past. Zirconia can also be used for anterior teeth with a facial veneer of porcelain for improved esthetics.
Multilayered full-contour zirconia solutions
Posey Dental Lab offers high-translucency multilayered full-contour zirconia for a selection of screw- and cement-retained dental crowns and bridges. High translucency allows the material to blend in naturally with neighboring teeth. Multilayered means the color changes in gradual, natural-looking layers that pass right through the material.
Emax is a specific type of porcelain called lithium disilicate, which is fundamentally a block of hard porcelain. The block aspect improves its inherent strength. EMax can be used as a core material allowing the porcelain to be layered on the surface, which will improve the aesthetic value of restoration for anterior EMax restorations.
Posey Dental Lab manufactures dental veneers in a variety of all-ceramic materials for exceptional quality and durability to help make your patient’s ideal smile a reality. They are primarily used for frontal teeth to correct tooth gaps, tooth misalignment’s, tooth discoloration and chipped or cracked teeth. Recent advancements in the dental field have expanded the types of veneers available for your patient. Many types now require no preparation to the natural tooth and color matching is easier than ever before. With the translucency of veneer ceramics, visible tooth surfaces receive an optimized natural look.
