Where It All Began
Dental Laboratory Owner Bob Posey attended a presentation during a high school career day about dental technology. The game plan was set to accept a college football scholarship, even though it would be difficult to be separated from his high school sweetheart, now wife, Mary Kay. But that dental technology presentation struck a great interest in Bob, as he saw it as an open-ended field of opportunity, offering many great possibilities on the path to success. It did not take long to decide that college was not the best choice for his career and relationship, and attended the National School of Health Technology in Philadelphia.
Two full years later Bob graduated at the top of his class. After gaining valuable work experience, at the age of 21, he was promoted from employee to company partner. With a high respect for education, Bob expanded his certifications and experience at LVI Global and Pankey Institute, lead a variety of seminars on porcelain since 1980, and traveled across the country giving lectures and hands-on demonstrations on all ceramics. He has published articles for the industry and dental manufacturers. He is certified in numerous implant systems and is an expert in immediate load implant cases. And in 1987, Posey Dental Lab was born.

Throughout the years, Posey Dental Lab has grown and adapted to the continuous change of the dental industry, seeking the best and highest quality results with the latest technology and equipment. We are big supporters of Zirconia and CAD/CAM technology, utilizing the 3Shape Scanner. Unlike many of our competitors, everything we create is designed and milled right in our lab. We pride ourselves as a family-run boutique laboratory, offering top-notch customer service.
